Terms of Service

Welcome to Crawjects! By accessing or using our website and services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. Account Registration and Use

To access certain features, you must log in using your Google account via Firebase. We collect your Google ID and name only. We do not store any user passwords on our servers. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. By using the Services, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction).

3. Credits and Subscriptions

Users start with free credits. Additional credits can be purchased, and subscriptions are available for premium features. Credits are non-refundable and have no cash value. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. Use of credits is at your own risk, and we are not responsible for credits lost due to technical errors, bugs, or user mistakes.

4. Email Sending

Our auto-send feature uses a Google account to send emails on your behalf, and we utilize plus addressing (e.g., fbathlete+[userid]@crawjects.com) to track replies. Replies may take up to 30 minutes to appear in your mailbox. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving all email content before sending. Crawjects does not assume liability for any negative consequences, including reputational harm, resulting from emails sent using our Services.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Services, including but not limited to spamming, harassing other users, scraping, hacking, or engaging in illegal activities. You agree not to attempt to reverse engineer or tamper with the platform.

6. AI-Generated Content and Responsibility

Crawjects may offer AI-generated drafts or suggestions to assist users. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, errors, or hallucinations. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all AI-generated content before sending or using it. Crawjects disclaims any liability for damages or reputational harm caused by using AI-generated content. Additionally, please note that our "Enhance with AI" feature relies on the GPT API. If the GPT API is down or experiences issues, the "Enhance with AI" feature may be temporarily unavailable.

7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the Services will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crawjects shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Services, including but not limited to lost credits, lost data, or reputational harm from using our features.

8. Beta Phase Disclaimer

Crawjects is currently in a beta phase. During this time, features may be incomplete, contain bugs, or behave unexpectedly. By using the Services during beta, you acknowledge and accept that features may change, break, or be removed without notice. Credits may be lost due to technical errors, and refunds will not be issued for credits lost during the beta phase. We appreciate your understanding as we refine and improve the platform.

9. Termination and Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior, or compromise the security or integrity of the platform.

10. Payments and Third-Party Processing

Payments for credits and subscriptions are securely processed through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. Crawjects does not store any credit card or payment information on our servers. By making purchases through Stripe, you also agree to Stripe’s terms and policies.

11. Credits, Subscriptions, and Pricing

Google-verified users start with free credits. Additional credits and subscriptions can be purchased to unlock features such as AI-enhanced emails and auto-sending. Credits and subscriptions are non-refundable and have no cash value. Prices for credits and subscriptions are subject to change at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of price changes, but users are responsible for reviewing the latest pricing information before making purchases or using credits. The number of credits required to use specific features (such as unlocking an email or enhancing with AI) may also change at our discretion.

Because Crawjects is currently in a beta phase, some features and pricing may change without notice, and certain functionality may be modified or removed at our discretion. We appreciate your understanding as we refine and improve the platform.

12. Abuse Prevention and Rate Limiting

We reserve the right to implement rate limits or usage restrictions to prevent abuse, spam, or misuse of the platform. This includes, but is not limited to, limiting the number of emails sent, the number of coach unlocks per day, or restricting suspicious activities. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior.

13. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations under these Terms if such delay or failure is caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, internet outages, server failures, or government restrictions.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Crawjects harmless from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, expenses, damages, and costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

15. No Professional Advice

The Services provided by Crawjects are for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice. You are solely responsible for your use of the Services and any decisions you make based on the information provided.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

17. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users by posting the new Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
