• Google ID and Name: Collected during login via Google authentication (Firebase) to identify your account. We do not store any user passwords on our servers; authentication is handled by Firebase for your security.
• Usage Data: We may collect information about how you use our Services (e.g., which coaches you view, credits used, and actions performed) to provide core functionality and improve your experience.
• Error Logs and Feedback: We may collect error logs, crash reports, and user-submitted feedback to help diagnose issues and improve our Services.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide and maintain our Services.
• Authenticate your identity using Google login (Firebase) to ensure only real users access the platform. We do not use your email address to send marketing or unsolicited emails.
• Manage your account, including credits and subscriptions.
• Enable you to send emails using our auto-send feature (emails are sent via a Google account using plus addressing, e.g., fbathlete+[userid]@crawjects.com). You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving all email content before sending.
• Display your mailbox (replies may take up to 30 minutes to appear).
• Communicate with you regarding your account and support requests if necessary (only in response to user-initiated contact).
• Detect and prevent abuse, spam, or unauthorized access to maintain the integrity and security of the Services.

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not share your personal data with third parties except:

• With service providers necessary to operate the Services (e.g., Google/Firebase for authentication and email delivery, Stripe for payment processing).
• To comply with legal obligations or law enforcement requests.

4. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. However, no system is completely secure. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and secure. Additionally, please note that because Crawjects is currently in a beta phase, there may be occasional bugs, errors, or unintended behavior that could affect data integrity or feature functionality. We do not accept liability for lost credits or any other data loss caused by technical errors during beta testing.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data as long as your account remains active. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us using the link below. Please note that some data may remain in backups for a limited time after deletion requests for security and compliance purposes.

6. Children's Privacy

Our Services are not intended for children under 13. If we learn that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly. By using the Services, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction).

7. Beta Testing Notice

Crawjects is currently in a beta phase. During this time, we may collect additional usage data, error logs, and feedback to improve our Services. Users acknowledge that features may not work as intended during this period, and credits may be lost due to bugs or technical errors. Refunds will not be issued for credits lost during the beta phase.

We do not store any billing or credit card information. All payments are securely processed through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. Users are subject to Stripe's own privacy policies and terms of use when completing transactions.

9. AI-Generated Content

Crawjects may offer AI-generated email drafts or suggestions to assist users. These drafts may contain inaccuracies, errors, or hallucinations. You are solely responsible for reviewing and editing all AI-generated content before using it. We disclaim liability for any negative consequences, including reputational harm, resulting from the use of AI-generated content.

10. Abuse Prevention and Monitoring

We may monitor usage patterns and platform interactions to detect and prevent abuse, spam, or unauthorized access. This monitoring is strictly for maintaining the integrity and security of the Services and does not involve selling or sharing your data for marketing purposes.
